Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Drive customer engagement at the right moment – Help design and launch hyper-targeted campaigns (emails, push notifications, etc.) that guide our users throughout their journey.
  • Master our CRM tools – Support the setup and execution of impactful communications directly within our CRM platform.
  • Bring fresh energy and creative ideas – Infuse your passion for email marketing and digital comms to help us elevate an already best-in-class strategy.
  • Track what truly matters – Build reports and performance dashboards that uncover what’s working—and where we can do even better.
  • Turn data into action – Contribute to data-driven communication strategies and support the rollout of innovative marketing promotions and experiments.

What we’re looking for:

  • A curious, proactive, and digitally savvy mind who’s eager to learn by doing—testing, optimizing, and making an impact through every message sent.
  • You are an enrolled student of a marketing, business administration or comparable degree program. 
  • You have previous working experience with a marketing/CRM department and looking for a role where you can get hands-on experience within a CRM team. 
  • You have experience working with (and/or a desire to learn more about) marketing automation tools, like Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • You are data-driven but understand the art behind creating the right message for the right moment 
  • You are detail-oriented and pride yourself on delivering pristine quality workYou’re eager to learn, but willing to work independently on projects as well 
  • You stay cool, even if things go crazyYou’re a fan of mobility services – from scooters and bikes to cars and vans 
  • You have strong English skills (spoken and written)
  • Bonus: You are studying to pursue a career in marketing, specifically marketing automation and CRM.

What you'll learn and achieve:

  • Activate the right users at the right time – Support the CLM team in deploying automated customer journeys via email, push notifications, and other digital channels.
  • Work hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Explore and enhance one of the most advanced CRM platforms to power high-performing marketing automation.
  • Build dynamic segments & technical components – Set up personalized audiences, trigger logics, and custom blocks to support data-driven communication strategies.
  • Track performance through actionable KPIs – Develop dashboards and reports to analyze the business impact of CLM campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Contribute to key structural projects – Take part in improving our CRM architecture, including data flows, automation logic, and system enhancements.
