We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our Customer Applications team (working on improving the customer experience of sharing a car for spontaneous rides as well as planned multi-day trips).
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of urban mobility by crafting exceptional user experiences for our car-sharing services.
You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and ideation to implementation and optimization.
Your work will directly impact the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
Your next missions :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers and user researchers, to identify user needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for our car-sharing app and related digital products.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across our products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into your work to deliver cutting-edge experiences.
Expected skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving approach and creativity.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- HARD SKILLS (VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS):
- Visual Design: Knowledge Of visual design principles, including typography, color theory and composition.
- Interaction Design: Ability to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that are easy to navigate and use.
- Prototyping: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
- User Research: Familiarity with user research methods, including usability testing, surveys and interviews.
- Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
SOFT SKILLS (BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS):
- Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
