What You'll Do 🛠️
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits to spot and fix technical issues affecting site performance and visibility 🔎
- Optimize on-page elements: meta tags, internal linking, URL structure, content hierarchy, and schema markup 📝
- Collaborate with developers and designers to embed SEO best practices into our website architecture and UX 🤝
- Enhance Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and page speed ⚡
- Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to grow domain authority and rankings 🔗
- Analyze competitors’ backlinks and identify new high-quality opportunities 📈
- Work with content and outreach teams to promote content and boost brand visibility 📣
- Track and report on SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other top tools 📊
- Proactively identify and resolve traffic drops, ranking changes, or technical issues 🛠️
- Lead/support domain migrations, restructures, or platform changes to ensure smooth SEO transitions 🔄
- Stay on top of SEO trends and algorithm updates to keep us ahead of the curve 🧠
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate colleagues on SEO best practices 👥
Who You Are 👤
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record in both on-page and off-page strategies 🏆
- Strong technical SEO skills (crawl budget, indexing, redirects, site structure, etc.) 🖥️
- Experience managing large-scale projects (site migrations, international SEO, enterprise-level strategies) 🌍
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. 🛠️
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 🔍
- Fluent in English, with top-notch written and verbal communication skills 🗣️
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and autonomy 📅
- Team player with a passion for SEO and digital innovation 💡
